Situated in a quiet bay on the shores of Windermere, White Cross Bay Water Sports Centre is a new venture in the Lake District. We offer a full list of facilities for activities on the Lake and in conjunction with White Cross Bay Leisure Park and Marina we can provide off the water activities and accommodation.

 Facilities on offer to individuals or Groups are:
  • Sailing tuition and boat hire on the Lake with R.Y.A. Qualified Instructors. For novice to expert sailing with opportunities to achieve R.Y.A qualifications. Or simply hire of our boats for a leisurely sail. All instruction can either be in our craft or your own
  • Team building courses in conjunction with White Cross Bay Leisure Park and Marina.
  • The opportunity to participate in match and individual racing.

White Cross Bay Water Sports Centre was established in 2002 by Richard Pratt and Jonathan Cormack

Richard and Jonathan are both Senior RYA Sailing Instructors and have worked at sailing centres around the country before setting up their new sailing school and have gained extensive experience in instructing all levels of skill and physical abilities.
